Rider's Guide

Passengers may board or exit a Blue & Gray Loop bus anywhere along our route of travel. Passengers using Demand Response service are encouraged to be ready to board their vehicle at least five (5) minutes before the scheduled pick up time.  Once the vehicle comes to a complete stop and the door is open, please use the handrail to safely board the bus. 

Once you are onboard, please place the fare in the farebox, take your seat and buckle your seatbelt.  Please leave the front seats for seniors or persons with disabilities. Please occupy only one seat and place purses, packages and other personal items safely at your feet within your seat area.

As you get close to your destination, please let your Here & There vehicle operator know that you will be exiting the vehicle soon. If you are uncertain about your stop location, please ask your operator and they will happily assist you. 

As you exit the vehicle, please watch your step and use the handrail provided. Please stop, listen and look both ways before you cross the street. Cross streets only at corners and crosswalks and obey all traffic lights, stop signs and pedestrian signals.
